What plan information can I view once I register and log in to the site?
Once registered, you'll be able to*:

  • Search for claims.
  • Find a provider or hospital.

Do I need to re-register if my group number changes?
If you switch employers, you will need to re-register with your new group number. If your employer changes group numbers, you may also need to re-register to view your current account information. If you do need to re-register, you can still view your former claim history with your old username and password.

Covered providers, prescription drug coverage and pharmacy network questions

How can I find out if my provider is covered by my plan?
You can see if your provider is covered by looking up your provider’s name in your plan's provider directory.

What happens if I don't fill my prescriptions at a network pharmacy?
If you need your prescription filled at a pharmacy that is not in our network, there are some exceptions allowed. These are limited to emergencies when you're traveling in the U.S. and run out of your medicine, or if you become ill and cannot get to a network pharmacy. If that happens, you will need to fill out a claim form and you may not get the same level of discounts as you would through a network pharmacy.


How will I be informed of any changes to my plan’s drug list (formulary)?
You will be notified in your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) about a formulary change 60 days before it takes effect. No prior notice will be given if a drug is recalled from the market.
