Enroll in a plan
Enrollment is easy
If you are currently enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Base plan and you are happy with your plan, you do not need to do anything. Your membership will automatically renew for 2020.
If you are currently enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Enhanced plan and wish to remain in that plan starting January 1, 2020, or make other changes, you will need to do so during the Annual Enrollment Period and elect the Enhanced plan for 2020. You must make your changes either online through the ORBIT online system or by calling the Eligiblity and Enrollment Support Center at 1-855-859-0966, TTY 711, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, each state business day (extended to 8 p.m. during Annual Enrollment). Please note that UnitedHealthcare cannot accept enrollment changes directly.
If you are just becoming eligible for this plan, the State Health Plan will automatically enroll you in the UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Base plan. If you are satisfied with this selection, you do not need to do anything. If you wish to make a change, you may do so online or by calling the Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center. Your enrollment will become effective on January 1, 2020 or your next available date.
