Enrollment
To be eligible for HealthSelect MA PPO plan, retirees, survivors and their dependents must be:
- at least 65 years old OR certified as disabled by the Social Security Administration (SSA),
- not actively working
- entitled to Medicare A (hospital care) and enrolled in Medicare Part B (other medical) coverage and
- live in the United States, the District of Columbia or any of the US territories.
