Find the information you need for your group retiree health care plan.

Find a provider

Your UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), which means you have lots of flexibility in choosing a provider. You can choose from a national network of contracted doctors and hospitals or you can use any doctor or hospital outside the network as long as they participate in Medicare. And remember, in-network or out-of-network, you pay the same copay or coinsurance! Use the resources below to learn more about the in-network providers in your area.

Use the resources below to learn more about the provider network and find a covered doctor, hospital or other health care provider in your area. Can't find a network provider in your area? Then just give us a call and we'll be happy to help you find a physician in your area who participates in Medicare. Or click on the link below.

Provider Search

Get customized information about the providers and facilities that may interest you.

With the provider search, you can:

  • Search for physicians, facilities, and medical group/networks in your area.
  • Compare up to three search results to find the provider or facility that may best meet your needs.
  • Print directory results based on your specific search criteria.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans let you choose between in-network and out-of-network doctors and hospitals. These plans reimburse all covered benefits, in or out of the network, as long as they're medically necessary. With this PPO plan, there is no difference in a member's cost share when using in-network or out-of-network providers. Referrals for specialty care are not required.

Please note: Our provider networks change periodically. A doctor listed in the directory when you enroll in a plan may not be available when your benefits become effective.
