Find a provider
Your Washington State Retiree Health Plan administered by UnitedHealthcare® is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan. As a member of a PPO plan, you have a lot of flexibility in choosing a provider. You can choose from a national network of contracted doctors and hospitals or you can use any doctor or hospital outside the network as long as they have not opted out of Medicare and agree to see you. And remember, in-network or out-of-network, you pay the same! Use the resources below to learn more about the provider network and find a covered doctor, hospital or other health care provider in your area.
- Search UnitedHealthcare's network of providers »
- Search Medicare.gov's list of providers »
- Search for Behavioral Health providers »
