Enroll in the APWU Health Plan High Option Plan

If you are not already a member, you'll need to enroll with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) during Open Season, Nov. 13 – Dec 11. 2023. (If you are already enrolled, skip to step two):

If you are already enrolled in the High Option or after your initial enrollment has been processed and confirmed by OPM, call a UnitedHealthcare  Customer Service Advocate who will help you step-by-step to enroll:

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has announced that APWU Health Plan is conditionally approved to participate in the upcoming PSHB Program.

The Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program is a new, separate program within the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) which will provide health insurance to eligible Postal Service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members starting in 2025.
