The CenterPoint Energy Benefits Service Center (current name) and phone number are changing effective 1/1/2024 with the transition from bswift to Alight. Beginning 1/1/2024, the name will be the CenterPoint Energy Benefits Center and the phone number is 1-800-687-5770. This should be updated in all communications sent by UHC to CenterPoint employees for 2024 and ongoing.
