The UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage is a PPO plan, which means you have lots of flexibility in choosing a provider. Your plan will cover services from either in-network or out-of-network providers, as long as the provider accepts the plan and has not opted out of or been excluded or precluded from the Medicare Program, and the services are covered benefits and medically necessary. Please use the resources below to learn more about the provider network and find a covered doctor, hospital or other health care provider in your area. If your provider is not listed within the provider directory they may be out of network and accepting the plan.
