Enrollment Information

You do not need to do anything to enroll. You and your Medicare-eligible dependents will be automatically enrolled in this plan. If you would like to opt-out of this plan, please notify PEEHIP in writing by December 15.

If you choose to opt out of this plan, please note, UnitedHealthcare is the only coverage offered for PEEHIP Medicare eligible retirees. If you opt out, you may not be eligible to enroll again until the next PEEHIP open enrollment period.
