Enrollment Information

Pfizer’s 2024 Annual Enrollment period took place from October 16 – 27, 2023.

To make your health plan elections, go to the Pfizer Benefits Center or call 866-4-Source (866-476-8723), 8:30 a.m. – Midnight Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.  You will be automatically enrolled in the Pfizer Medicare Advantage Plan (PPO) unless you contact the Pfizer Benefits Center to opt out.
