Enrollment Information


This plan is available to PwC retirees who meet the eligibility requirements for PwC retiree medical coverage.

In order to be enrolled in this plan, you must first be enrolled in Original Medicare Parts A and B and provide the information from your Medicare ID card to Benefits Connect online or via customer care. Once you provide this information, Benefits Connect will submit your application for enrollment in the UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO), sponsored by PwC. Once your application is approved your enrollment will be complete and Benefits Connect will send you a confirmation statement.

If your family includes medical plan participants under age 65 who are not eligible for Medicare, they are not able to participate in this plan and will have different medical plan options available to them through PwC.

If you want to drop your coverage, you will need to notify Benefits Connect. Coverage can only be dropped effective the first of the following month. Remember, if you waive coverage, you will not be eligible to elect PwC Retiree Medical Plan coverage at a later date. To opt out of coverage, call Benefits Connect at 833-PwC-0101 (833-792-0101). What happens after enrollment?

Here's what you can expect:

  1. Once CMS approves your enrollment, you'll be sent a confirmation letter and your plan member ID card
  2. Soon after, you'll receive your Member Kit in the mail. It includes details about your specific health plan benefits
