If you do not want to be enrolled in this plan, please call the Government of the Virgin Islands at the numbers below for instructions on what to do next. Before deciding to opt-out, ask the Government of the Virgin Islands what it means if you decline this coverage.

Turning 65?
What you need to do to enroll
Contact your Benefits Administrator at one of the numbers listed below. Please be sure to have your Medicare ID number (from your Medicare card) handy as this is required for your enrollment after 2-3 weeks. Please note that if you are turning 65 years old, you must contact your former employer to enroll at least 30 days prior to your 65th birthday in order to ensure you do not have a break in your coverage. You can expect to receive your Welcome Packet and new UnitedHealthcare member ID card in the mail in approximately 2–3 weeks.
